1) Open beer (or other adult beverage)
2) Look in the mirror, smile, and say the following phrase like you mean it: Hashing is fun!
3) Take a good size sip/chug of your beer.
4) If beer empty, open another.

Yeah good one; this was my kind of trail--one where you can actually get some exercise from running.
